An amazing silk twill scarf weight top from the great Pierre Cardin in a sixties swoon inducing pop art dot print. Cut almost tunic style, the top goes out from the shoulders and has notched sides so that line is not broken should you choose to wear it over something else and untucked. Each sleeve has a 3" cuff and is set so it closes French cuff style. The sleeve above each cuff billows out slightly too! I love love love the collar - that long front piece actually loops through the back collar so you get that scarf effect - you can wrap it around the neck more or tie a half bow - it can be worn a dozen different ways. The silk is a superb quality and weight and it is in mint condition. Love it!
Seriously beautiful little day dress that is bang on in every possible way. The cut is simple and chic - it skims and hugs the body but in the most refined of ways. The silk is superb- very high quality silk twill. Onto that is screened a stunning array of flowers and the colors literally feel as if they are about to jump off the dress they are still so crisp and bright. I love the detail on the shoulder too - its a modified bow but is worked into the seam work of the fabric and constructed as if it is blooming out of the fabric. It is gorgeous and stunning! Mint condition.
This is one of my most favorite pieces - It is very rare and very amazing! The silk is hand screened with an almost brutalist design in white over the purple base. (note the color is a true even purple - it looks varied in the photos but that is the challenge of photographing purple). The cut is fairly simple - it completely covers the body the a high neck, Long sleeves and a to the floor skirt. The real genu=ius of this piece lies in that stunning print and then the addition of rounded, padded cords made of the same fabric and stuffed with batting. These then circle the collar, cuffs and hem in stacked rows of three. They give the hem weight and add such an unusual and interesting detail. The belt is made the same way and you can cinch the waist as much or little as you please. I have put this in the small to medium category - the measurements are generous but it is meant to have some drape - it is not pinned on the size 4-6 mannequin. It is in wonderful condition and very striking!
I adore this fabulous little cape - it is one of those amazing original and one of a kind pieces you can only find with vintage. The exterior base is a black knit that is entirely covered in rows of silver sequins, ribbons and beads, Little horizontal rows of ribbon are interspersed with beads to create that pretty effect. Between the rows it is heavily sequined and little half flowers are made out of the same ribbon and more bead work. The collar is entirely done in beads. The camera does not quite pic up the impact of the silver sequins - it is better in person! Excellent condition.
Shoulders: no defined seam but they are approx 14-15" across inside.
Total length: 22" from mid back of neck to bottom hem
The cape is fully lined in a black silky rayon. It closes down the front with a row of hidden hook and eye. The lining is hand set.
Modern Sizing Note: It is not the body on this piece but the shoulders - you do not want to be much past 15" flat across or it will not sit right

Shoulders: 14î from seam to seam
Bust: 18î from side seam to side seam
Waist: open
Hips: open
Total: 53î from mid-back of the neck to bottom hem
Sleeves: 26î from shoulder seam to cuff
The dress is fully lined in a slightly starched, netted cotton - the lining is set into the pattern pieces. Made of a silky rayon blend it has retained the colors perfectly. There are a couple of very very faint tiny spots here and there but I am being very picky and they do not show when worn because of the way the fabric falls. Still priced accordingly. It closes with a back painted metal zipper and buttons at the cuffs.

Impeccable and very rare structured dress by Hubert Latimer for Irene Lentz that is of really exceptional quality. It is almost architectural in is strict cut and immaculate seaming & construction. Made of a fine cream wool if skims the body and flares out at the A-line skirt. The cut is forgiving and gives the wearer one clean, long line. The curved seaming at the front acts as the dress's embellishment. Small discreet pockets are hidden along those seams. It closes at the front under what looks like the extension of the collar detail. This allows the line of the back of the dress to be unbroken by a zipper and again gives the illusion of length and lets the seaming shine. Amazing, seemingly unworn condition.

I absolutely love the dramatic color of this piece and that is is screened onto a chiffon so it has a translucent popsicle color feel to it. It is a dramatic and bright combination of a tangerine orange mixed with a deep fuchsia pink with pops of white! I adore the details on this dress - the entire bodice and skirt are detailed with tiny flat knife pleats. The bodice has then from collar to waist and the skirt begins with them at the waistline and then they are allowed to soften and open to give the skirt volume and air fullness. The sleeves are left unlined and each ends with a dramatic ruffle done in the same knife flat pleating treatment. A wide collar in the pleats adorns the neckline. The top layer of chiffon floats over the inner layer in the most beautiful of ways - it really goes it that wonderful light, romantic feel. A wide, long sash of the same fabric is still with the gown and I have shown it wrapped around the waist. The dress has a fantastic romantic, pretty and light feel, but is still regal and beautiful. Excellent condition.

There are two of these in total and they will mix and match fantastically with some of the other bangles we have listed right now! These are thick heavy cuffs done in some type of resin to look like horn and then brass has been added to create the hinges and overlays. They have a terrific patina to them and are in wonderful condition. Each is slightly different from the other and can be worn stacked or on their own. They are a good hefty weight too!
Feeling hippie chic this season? This is the ultimate nod to that look! A stunning Mr Blackwell piece this maxi dress is made of insanely fabulous fabric! A light weight cotton blend has a tie dye look over a abstract backdrop. The skirt is to the ground and there is lots of fabric in it - its flat pleated around the waist in bit exaggerated pleats which give it lots of that fantastic fabric. The bodice is simple and scooped and the sleeves billow at as they near the cuffs. It has a sort of Victorian twist to it. Along with the dress is a big shawl in a matching fabric and its adorned with a 12" macrame fringe. Judy says she chose it for its bohemian hippie vibe and I have to say I love it too! Mint condition.
This lovely little dress is made from layers and layers of a beautiful light chiffon with a coral designs washed over its surface. This combination of ruffled tiers and the pretty color give the dress a wonderful romantic feel. Each layer widens gently out as they near the floor and each panel of fabric is set so that it floats above each other and moves when you move. The bodice is cut straight across the front and has two tiny straps that go up and around the shoulders. At the back it dips into a deeper V shaped plunge. Note that it was a teeny bit small on the mannequin so on a girl that it fits properly it has a much softer effect and is not pulled so straight across but rather it has a gentle rounded scoop and sits lower on the bodice. In the photos it is sitting a touch too high since it is tight on my girl. If you are the correct size for this one I think you will be very pleased. It has no label but is made to a degree that I would not be surprised to find it was indeed a designer piece. A wonderful and romantic dress in person. Excellent condition.
Fully lined in a pink silky crepe rayon. It closes with a back painted metal zipper. Hand finishes. Note the color is more of a vivid pink-coral in person.

What a fantastic print maxi dress! Tori Richards knocks it out of the park with this phenomenal bark cloth Hawaiian dress. I love this one because it has the quirky nod to a Victorian piece with its scooped high bodice that tops an empire waist line. And those sleeves! Fitted till a few inches down from the shoulder and then the puff till they hot the elbow! I love the print - its so sixties with its mod color combination that seems surprisingly fresh now. The fabric has a great texture to it so adds a sense of depth to the print. Its a great piece to wear in the day with sandals and then pile on gold baubles and add heels for the evening! It appears to have never been worn and it is in fantastic condition!
Wonderful and unusual printed silk Malcolm Starr has a decidedly tribal vibe that blends perfectly with its hippie chic silhouette. One can imagine this in the closet of girls like Talitha Getty or Verushka - just something they would throw on with jewels sandals and champagne glass in hand to entertain in. The silk would have had to be screened specifically for this dress as the borders of the print follow the design exactly. That means the fabric would have been pre-planned to follow the cut! The colors are amazing and crisp. This looks to have never been worn. The cut is easy to wear - a simple bodice is draped and loose. The almost empire waistline is highlighted with a silk attached belt that gives an interesting accent to the print. The skirt is utterly awe inspiring - that print is just amazing - wearable art really. Hidden side pockets and top notch construction - like the collar - it the same strip of print the belt was made of but its been cut and piece worked so it forms that brilliant curve,† The lucky girl who gets this will be very pleased indeed! It is truly a special piece and in mint condition.
Vintage pin tucked cotton and lace Mexican dresses are works of art in my opinion and this is a beauty . It is also a more rare colorful version with its beautiful turquoise tone! Every inch of the base fabric has been stitched into even perfect little pin tuck pleats that are then laid out in a crisscross hatched pattern that even lines up at the seams for the most part. Can you imagine the care to do that? As it nears the hem bands of turquoise cotton lace are set between the fabric so that you get a sexy glimpse of skin. A simple V neckline and a flattering skim over the body cut complete this little beauty. Everything about this dress is beautiful and feels like summer! Excellent condition
Unlined and closes with a back painted metal zipper. There is the slightest of fading ot the fabric but this is a natural occurence as it was likely hand dyed. It only adds to its vintage appeal. A touch less turquoise then how it photoed on real life.

Truly a wonderful and unusual dress! I think this is one of the best example of sixties Beene I have ever seen actually! It is a masterpiece in cut with an almost sculptural/architectural nod in its design. Constructed out of a dyed, vivid turquoise, silk linen it has that crisp, almost sharp quality to it when touched. It is one sleek, space age feel with its amazing rounded skirt that is cut so that is hangs perfectly in that shape in both the front and back. The front portion of the skirt is actually an overlay that tops a curved up and in inner skirt. For some reason this "hidden" curve makes me wild for this dress. It did not need to be done functionally but from a design point of view it is just astounding! Big decorative fabric covered pockets sit at each hip and I love the curves seam at the waist on both the front and back of the dress. Museum quality condition

I Have a Question
This wonderful little dress had a label when I acquired it many years ago but has lost it along the way somehow. It is not perfect which is why I have had it tucked away all this time. However, it is too pretty to not give it a chance at a second life and if you are creative and can find a way to restore it, or are just OK to wear something not perfect that this is an incredible high quality dress for the price point. The dress is made out of a very high quality silk and the entire thing has been meticulously knife pleated. The bodice has a deep V at both the front and back and even the side panels that wrap around the bust under this and show on each side have been pleated. The bodice panels go down and into a wide band at the waist where the pleats have been places the other way for a bit of visual impact. Below that the pleated skirt flares out with lots of movement. It is gorgeous but make sore to review the photos and read the full description below.
Unlined and closes with a side set painted metal zipper. Hand finishes throughout to demi-couture standards. The fabric itself is strong and sturdy and has no issues but there is a spot on one side of the bodice and there are also watermarks that run up along the skirt. Please review the last two photos.

I Have a Question
The Valentino Inc company is not to be confused with the couture Valentina line. This company was making ready to wear in the 1960s and 1970s and was a great and reasonable priced line. They had their fabric hand beaded in Hong Kong and then the garments were made from that. The quality was very good and they were known for their beaded and sequin dresses. This is one of their most well know styles and it is still quite fabulous. it is an interesting example of layering tor create depth and texture. The beaded chiffon sits over an inner lace layer and then the body of the dress is backed in a opaque ink fabric. The sleeves are left with just the lace and chiffon and the collar and cuffs are backed in a printed fabric for an even more opaque effect then the body of the dress. It is cut ion a simple shift shape that was all the rage at the tome. The sleeves are long and each ends in an elaborately beaded cuff. The collar has that same elaborate beading to its long points. A band of the heavier beading runs down the top part of the front. It's gorgeous. Excellent overall condition with a note about the interior below
Fully lined through the body in a cram silk and closes with a back painted metal zipper. Each cuff closes with hidden snaps. the bead work is all hand done. On the interior fabric there is discoloration all through the upper bodice and under the arms. None of it shows through but it has been priced accordingly. If this bothered you you could have it relined and the issue would be eliminated.

I Have a Question
Valentino launched his ready to wear label in 1962, just two years after opening his first salon in Rome. He eventually expanded and added other boutiques and later versions of this early RTW label have the addition of New York noted on them. This one just has the Roma location making it an earlier and rarer piece. It is not 100% perfect but its flaws are slight and not really seen once on.
The set is made of a fine, high end silk that is a light scarf weight which means that once on it is very light and easy to wear. Having it be two pieces makes it very versatile since you can mix and match it with other pieces you already and together it has the look of a dress. The top is a classic partial button front top with a long pointed collar. Each sleeve has a cuff and above those the sleeves pouf and billow out. The skirt has a nipped in waist and then it falls to the floor in a gently widening curve. The silk itself is a soft ivory color and then it has that fantastic red and black stripe and dot pattern. This runs across the back of the shoulders on the top and around the widest part of each sleeve above the cuff and around the hem of the top. On the skirt panels of the design run down the sides and then create a wide design across and around the skirt and then around the bottom hem. I love the stark graphic feel this creates. It presents as excellent condition but please review the condition report below.
The top is unlined and the skirt is fully lined in a white silk. The top closes down the front to about the waist with a series of buttons and the skirt closes at the side with a snap and zipper. Two buttons on each cuff. Note that some of the photos make the outfit seem to be a pure white - it is a light cream/ivory on person. There is slight yellowing to the fabric under one arm, one button is chipped at the front and there is a small mark on the back of the top around the waist. Please review the last three photos after the label shot

Adele Simpson is a wonderful American designer and when her pieces hit the mark they are hard to beat. This lovely little velvet is one of those pieces. The skirt is swingy and surprisingly fully - the gathers where it sets into the† waist add to the fullness but that wide waist band really take out any bulk and make it feel kicky and fun. The top balances that skirt with an almost pheasant cut - wide sleeves that are very full and gather in with an elastic and a wide square† neckline give it that feel. The waist band is super - 8 inches wide and made of a silk shot through with copper threading to create striping. In excellent condition.

I love this hostess dress in all its chocolate brown and metallic thread gold lame glory! Quintessentially sixties this is what you would have seen the well dressed hostess wearing when throwing a smashing cocktail party! The skirt is almost to the floor with a bell shape feel without being quite that extreme. The bodice is more fitted and has a lovely Peter Pan collar and sleeves that zip at each cuff so they sit close to the wrist and allow those little ruffled detail ends really stand out! It ties with a belt that is padded and piped and ends in tassels. It is of course the skirt that is the star on this one - a geometrical pattern is created by squares and diamonds of velvet and gold! It sparkles and gleams in candlelight and is really quite wonderful. Excellent condition.
Gorgeous cotton velvet skirt by the Emilio Pucci has been done in a beautiful mix of vibrant colors. A deep pink base has a trailing floral design that runs across the surface within an angled line pattern. The edge of the hem is printed with a contrasting design - making it instantly recognizable as being Emilio Pucci's work. I love how bright the design is and the myriad of colors that make it an easy mix with so many things! It is a great piece to work into a modern day wardrobe for an instant pop of color and a little bit of vintage and will never go out of style. Excellent condition
The skirt is fully lined in a deep purple silky rayon and closes with a side painted metal zipper and a flat hook and eye at the waist. The fabric at the waist is a knit. Tagged a vintage Pucci 12 but please go by actual measurements

A truly rare and fabulous piece this is a very early Bonnie Cashin for Sills designed cape, made of a grey wool edged in black leather. The silhouette is very minimum in design and is used with the emphasis on the cut and seaming. Thrown over any color this would offer the perfect contrast! The buttons are her signature brass turn key which contrasts fantastically against the wool. Your arms just slip through the slots at the front and the inside is impeccable. I love the pointed shawl collar† - it sits wide and frames your face. Very Fall 2012 Celine in feel. Truly fabulous and in wonderful condition.
I love the bright vibrant color of this classic and iconic Ossie Clark design! It is one of his classics done in moss crepe and it showcases his signature dog ear collar and a fabulous row of small, fabric covered buttons. You catch just a hint of skin between the buttons even when they are fully done up - so subtly sexy! The sleeves are very full and each billows out until they cinch in at the buttoned tight, skinny fit cuffs. It has an attached fabric tie on each side that you can tie at the front or the back and made of yards and yards of bias cut, moss crepe fabric, that cascades to the floor. Perfect for this season's nod to bright, solid hues! Excellent condition! Item# 2-DD327
Does this fabulous little dress just absolutely define the sixties and the whole mini dress movement? Its label is from The Youth Guild - a group of young designers that banded together to produce their work - a very free thinking sixties idea! It is a simple shift dress made of a textured linen look mix in a deep blue. It is cut short - a true sixties mini mini - one can just imagine the go go boots that the fabulous girl who owned this wore with it! I love love love the checked and offset four rows of bright yellow fabric squares appliqued around the hem! They are the perfect mod touch! Excellent condition!
An iconic Valentino gown done in silk crepe whose color combination feels fresh and startlingly new. A pale blush pink bodice mixes with soft mint green. The somewhat romantic innocence of these two colors is contrasted sharply by the all out impact of that deep peek a boo bodice and corseted top! A decadent drape of green plunges from the low cut of the top and spills down the front in a secured wrapped effect. The gown is in excellent condition and is of course, the level of quality one expects from Valentino. An important piece whose silhouette was highlighted by Vogue as being one of the dresses instrumental to Valentino's career. The red version is featured in the Valentino perspective and Hamish Bowles chose it as one of the top ten dresses of Valentino's career, commenting:
This iconic crepe dress in that pure, clear red that became Valentinoís signature was modeled for the designer by the socialite beauty Princess Luciana Pignatelli, and Henry Clarke photographed Veruschka wearing it for Vogue. It is such a significant piece that when Valentino held his 2007 retrospective at the Ara Pacis, it was isolated in its own glass cube on the concourse leading into the museum.
The dress was designed to be worn beneath a red tulle evening coat embroidered with an impasto froth of scarlet ostrich fronds and clusters of beads. Wildly elaborate. And then you shrug it off and this startlingly pure-lined, unembellished dress with its sly bodice detail is revealed. It is a classic, bravura Valentino gesture that takes a woman with great presence and a sense of drama to wear it. Welcome to VaVaís world!

My version is a softer, more romamtic color palette but with the same startling and dramatic silhouette! Item# DD405
A few years back there was a sale of some Pierre Cardin pieces done for Mia Farrow in 1967. This dress is from that same time period and shows many of the same elements. Those dresses, because of their celebrity association all went for about $20,000 a piece! I love this particular version - it really embodies the late 1960s with its baby doll, short skirted exterior and swingy cut. The bodice is cut high with a demure slightly scooped neck. From this a dramatic tightly pleated expanse of fabric swings out - there are literally yards of fabric in there all finished with tiny knife pleats. Each pleat is secured into place at the hem with a padded round finish. This gives the dress weights and adds a signature Cardin touch. The sleeves are cut to narrow at the shoulder and gradual widen to a soft billow at each cuff. A fitted under dress in silk gives the wearer the feeling of structure! An amazing piece of couture and fashion history! Truly a find and in excellent condition. Item# DD848
Very rare, 1st Edition London Series Poster Dress "Cat" was designed by Harry Gordon in 1968. This is the cat and is extremely graphic and dramatic on both the front and back. Made of screen-printed tissue, wood pulp and rayon mesh these were all the rage. Most did not survive as they were meant to be worn and disposed of. At the time of their release the manufacturer stated "Toughness is woven into the non-woven fabric for long, l-o-n-g wear, and should you tire (which is doubtful), just cut open all the seams and hang it on your wall as a poster, or cover pillows."
Suitable for the collector and would be a stunning mid-century work of art if framed. There are five in total and this for me is the best print of the five! Examples of these are found in museums world-wide. An iconic and rare piece of fashion history!
Original packaging. One small loose spot along a seam (I can repair prior to sending if requested to do so) two small marks from storage. No attempt to remove these have been made and they may come out if treated by a professional - in theory these were billed as being washable but this is sold as found. Otherwise excellent.
NOTE the photos make it appear yellowish along one side - it is not! The flat pics of the back and front off the mannequin are the true color

I Have a Question
I have had this in my archives for ages - before we even first found the reference photo of it that was used in one of my blog's posts back in 2017 written by Laura McClaws Helms. She explored some of the history of the label and it is worth it to click the link above and read her post if you missed it the first time around. This dress is the twin of the dress used for the ad campaign that year and I have included that reference photo here.
The dress is absolutely wonderful and it really showcases the higher end work that the label was capable of. Around the same time that Starr hired Elinor Simmons to design the label for him, he also had a company based in Hong Kong that was doing the more elaborate beading and sequin work. At the time, Hong Kong was doing the best sequin and bead work in the world outside of the specialty ateliers in Paris. The high quality of that work is readily apparent on this dress. The entire upper bodice is covered with beads, sequins and prong set crystals. Each of these elements are hand sewn into place to exactly follow the pattern in the fabric underneath. All of the edges are also bordered with a hand set bead and gold cord detail that precisely follows the curves of the dress. The fabric is a silk blend with a very 1960's feeling pattern done in deep corals, navy and white. The bodice is molded around the bust and nips in at the high waist with a band of the same fabric making it feel even tinier then it already is. Under that, the skirt flares out dramatically with yards and yards of fabric in it. The silk is just heavy enough to help keep the shape and volume. I love the little cut out that sits just at the base of the bust. It allows the smallest bit of skin to peek through for the perfect finishing, sexy touch. Excellent condition
The bodice is lined in a red silky rayon and the skirt is self-lined in a white cotton muslin fabric. It zips to close at the back. It appears to have been worn very little if at all. There is approx 1.5" turned up under the hem.

An amazing couture Pierre Cardin that from the research I have done I believe to be from the 1968 collection. There is a similar dress in feel and construction residing at the V&A Museum from that same collection! It is constructed of a silk satin fabric in an amazing soft pale blush pink. It is actually almost an exact match to the fabric used for a ballet slipper! The color alone makes this special and collectible! It is cut architectural style as typical of Cardin pieces. The A-line shape flares out pretilly from the shoulders. It is decorated with a relief pattern of tp stitched circles at the neck and hem. Lean sleeves and high neck complete the look. Truly amazing and a work of highly collectible art.
Insanely rare and insanely fabulous Emilio Pucci for Formfit Rogers one shoulder, pointed hem piece. Ths originally would have been meant for the boudoir but you could easily slip it over a nude piece and wear it as a dress now. In fact, it is so fabulous it would be a shame if it was not worn out! Classic colors of blues and greens all swirl and are inset with Pucci flowers. The neck, arm and hem all have that infamous contrasting edging. The nylon is super drapey and fluid and it weighs mere ounces. Its in perfect condition, has all it's tags and the fabric is signed through out. A real collectible and in the EPFR world, a real rarity! Excellent condition!

An amazing early Char messenger bag that will add the perfect hippie chic to any outfit! Completely whip stitched, with hand applied leather & suede applique work that has also been hand painted, all done to create this fantastic and very wearable piece. These almost border on being wearable art and would have been entirely hand made and the leathers hand dyed. I love the wide buckskin strap that has a myriad of colored leathers done in patchwork and the amazing floral design painted onto it. I also love that when you open the flap the inside front is even more decorated! Like a hidden surprise! It has that worked in patina that collectors desire and the combination of leathers and the design are fantastic!

This is a very rare and early Bob Mackie piece that precedes his own label and was produced in tandem with Ray Aghayan. This is from the same client I acquired the other Mackie from and her mother purchased both directly from the designer(s). Made of a stretch silk jersey it is a sexy one shoulder silhouette. Onto the front of the bodice that has a shoulder strap is an elaborate and beautiful beaded Native American feel bird that has been hand applied to the dress. It is made entirely of turquoise, coral and wood beads and edged in silver round bead work. The "tail" is a dramatic cascade of long beaded fringe that goes almost to the hem! It gives the simple cut dress an instant dose of high glamour and the bird itself is like wearing a huge piece of jewelery. The fabric is cut on the bias and is insanely comfortable to wear so the contrast of that glamorous detailing paired with a comfortable dress is just irresistible, It is also a good weight that has a beautiful drape but still manages to glide over the body and be very flattering! His early pieces are the hardest to find and this is a stunning example of his early work! Excellent condition

Unlined and closes with a slightly offset back painted metal zipper. The bird was beaded as a separate pieces an then hand applied and the stitching is easily seen on the back of the fabric. This one has lost its label but is from the same client as the other Bob Mackie for Ray Aghayan amd was purchased at the same time by her.

An amazing slightly textured silk crepe striped top from Ungaro. The fabric is wonderful - that rich silk crepe that feels like a dream and drapes perfectly. The design is a cream and black stripe whose direction is used to create an interesting visual effect. Over the striping large tropical blooms are screened on - love the contrast A simple scoop neck and loose blouse top is caught up on one side and a killer sash tie extends down almost to the knee. A really fabulous and innovative design! Excellent condition!]
I love this little velvet Pucci jacket that you can also wear as a top. His velvet pieces have an extra layer pf texture to them because of the richness of the fabric that I just adore. This one is primarily done in a lime tinged mustard color with his signature brilliant patterns added over it. There are actually crazy little pop art birds worked into the design of this one - look closely on the front panel - you can see them looking like they are trotting up the hill A contrasting floral border finishes all the edges and the back is just a riot of color and design. It is gorgeous. Excellent condition! Item# S368
This is an insane and generously cut pink (!) Mongolian fur jacket form the seventies that is absolutely fabulous! I have seen many the Mongolian fur jackets but to find one that is a bubble gum shade of pink is something else! It appears to have never been worn and the "fur" is like new. It is exceptionally long and shaggy and makes for quite the dramatic statement! For the girl who has searched for the perfect pink coat..... The cut will work on a smaller frame if you have some height (my mannequin is a 4-6 and it is not pinned on her) and the actual measurements will allow for a fuller framed girl to also carry it off. Really exceptional and a definite shagadelic chic, one of a kind! Excellent, seemingly unworn condition
Shoulder: approx 17" across
Bust: approx 24" flat across from side seam to side seam
Waist: open
Hips: open
Length: 35" from neck to hem
Sleeve length: approx 24"
Fully lined with a cream silky rayon. Closes with front fur hooks. The color is an insane bubble gum pink - much pinker then shown. There is a vertical tear in the back lining that I had repaired - other then that is appears unworn and the repair does not show when worn.

I love this little purple print semi-sheer poly organza top from Ben Sherman. This is an early piece from the label and these are hard to find. This one has a fab pop art print that you cannot help but smile to see. It also has amazing cuff sleeves that it above a French cuff. The collar is a modified dog ear shape and I love the three cluster buttons set down the front. An interesting detail - only the center button actually is usable - the ones above and below are decoration only. Mint condition!

Waist: 18'' flat across from side seam to side seam at elastic gather
Total length: 24'' from mid neck at the back to bottom hem

The top is unlined buttons to close. Each sleeve has a French cuff button opening but the actual buttons are long gone - you can easily use a double sided button or just steal your guy's cuff links!

This late 1960s, early 1970s caftan feeling dress by Jean Varon has the most dramatic and bold sleeves I have ever seen on a dress! With those sleeves and that amazingly low and sexy plunge front you cant help but feel fabulous in this one! The bodice is sleek and simple with a V that goes right to the high empire waist. The waist is emphasized with a pretty grosgrain ribbon. The skirt is quite full over it's inner lining and has a soft volume to it that is very flattering. The touch of transparency to the silk voile exterior fabric adds to the depth of the amazing pattern! The sleeves are just spectacular - they are fairly fitted to just about the elbow and then flare out in a a tremendous amount of fabric cut at different angles and lengths for an handkerchief hem feel! Drop dead gorgeous and in excellent condition.
Shoulders: 14"
Bust: 17.5î flat across from side seam to side seam
Empire waist: 14.5î flat across from side seam to side seam
Hips: 21î flat across from side seam to side seam of the lining
Bodice: 11" from shoulder to top of ribbon at empire waist
Skirt: 30" from top of ribbon at empire waist to hem
Fully lined in a taupe pink silky rayon and closes with a back painted metal zipper. I have had this version in a full length but the hem seems properly done and not new so I suspect a girl had it shortened at the time of purchase - this was often done during this time period! I like it better† this length as the amazing sleeves are shown off to better advantage
