1980s Claude Montana Fitted Peplum Dress
Montana often took the lines of 40s pieces and made them his own. His pieces stripped away the niceties of the earlier decades and he gave classic lines a new tough edginess that was pure Montana! This is a great little black dress that is fitted and follows a girls curves. We love the shoulders and that expanse of bare skin. Each has a tie detail and a slimmer strap on the top of the shoulder. The seaming mimics his iconic metal corsets and there is a sharply cut peplum around the hips. The skirt underneath is fitted and slim! Excellent condition.
Fully lined in black silky rayon and closes with a back zipper. Each shoulder ties as you wish.

- The final payment is due two weeks after the second payment and shipping will be billed on this invoice as well.
- items less then $500, or that are on sale, require a 50% deposit with the final payment due in two weeks from the date of deposit
