1985 Yves Saint Laurent Plunge Wrap Dress

From the era when Yves was doing in your face sexuality. This is a definite piece that either you will have to be shockingly brave or find something fabulous to wear under it as the front literally plunges to the waist! It wraps and closes with hidden flat hook & eye, with the wrap effect adding to the overt sexuality of the dress. The upper arms are cut wide as was Yves signature cut in this period. A band emphasizes the waist. No flaws. A version of this dress in red was used for the 1985 ad campaign for Saint Laurent! Excellent condition
