1970s Sant'Angelo Black Slinky Jersey Dress

The label on this piece dates it to the early 1970s and it is a fabulous example of that whole easy, sexy dance feel movement that was happening. Made of a stretch jersey in an ink black with a tremendously full and swingy skirt. The rest if the dress stretches to fit and follow your every curve. The skirt seems to lie and be fairly straight but it is really quite full so if you do a twirl aka Studio 54 style you will be quite exposed! Exactly the intent I am sure! Love the fitted cut and the dancer like feel to this! Its a great example of his early work and looks to have never been worn.

Unlined and slips on with a hook & eye at the back of the neck.
