A beautiful fine gold lace serves as the outer layer of this lace and silk chiffon dress from Bill Blass. The top is a confection of lace with voluminous puffed sleeves that billow above a gathered wrist. The neckline is high and the top covered in a layer of the gold lace. The skirt is fitted and sexy and has a chenille cord overlay! Remarkable in terms of textile and texture and much better in person. Excellent condition
