1970s Dot and Floral J. Tiktiner Maxi Dress

The Tiktiner label was founded by Dina Tiktiner Viterbo in France in 1949 and eventually honed their aesthetic to to suit the needs of the jet set that spent most of their time on the beaches and night scene of the Cote d'Azur. Their pieces where high quality and were dedicated to style mixed with ease. This is a lovely piece that exemplifies just that with the use of its light weight jersey fabric mixed with a beautiful, fine cotton in the skirt. The top is fitted and lean with a low back. The skirt flows to the floor in a cascade of flowers. Excellent condition.
