1950s Black & Green Ribbon Circle Skirt
Very rare and wonderful, this is an amazing full skirt from the fifties. These are not the easiest thing to find anymore and this one is a beauty! Made of combination of ribbed grosgrain ribbon like fabric in black that has a band of finely embroidered green and gold thread flowers. What is amazing is the spacing. The floral bands starts at the wast and then appears again after two rows, then three, then fours and so on! The green and gold are a fabulous pop of color over the black base. The waist nips in and it is lined and very well made! It is a dramatic statement piece! Excellent condition
