This is a fabric that is known to be difficult to work with especially given the elaborate draping that has been done on this dress.  The cut is executed perfectly on this dress.\u003cspan class=\"normaltext\"\u003e \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\n\u003cspan\u003eThe fabric has the slightest bit of texture to it. This helps to give the dress a little bit of lift and volume so that it seems to float around you when you move.\u003cspan class=\"normaltext\"\u003e \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003e\u003cspan class=\"normaltext\"\u003eOnce on the dress flows beautifully over the body. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e\n\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\u003cspan\u003e\u003cspan class=\"normaltext\"\u003eThe neckline is gathered into a small silk chiffon band that curves around your neck. The bodice is set in vertical gathers into the band and then softly drapes over your front in a series of soft gathers all the way to the seam at the waist.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\u003cspan\u003e\u003cspan class=\"normaltext\"\u003eUnder the waist the skirt is also gathered around that seam so you get a beautiful continuity between the top and skirt.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\u003cspan\u003e\u003cspan class=\"normaltext\"\u003eFrom there the skirt falls to the floor and widens out as it near the hem. It is cut slightly longer at the back for a pretty sweep behind you as you move.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\u003cspan\u003e\u003cspan class=\"normaltext\"\u003eThe way that the halter is cut at the front leaves your entire back bare and exposed. It is very sexy and unexpected as you turn around.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\u003cspan\u003e\u003cspan class=\"normaltext\"\u003eTo finish there are two long panels of silk chiffon that are attached at each shoulder.
