Rare and wonderful Jeff Banks 1960s silk blouse in a printed silk. The base is black and then a gorgeous mix of colorful, tiny flowers are screened upon the entire surface. Each cuff buttons to close and has a huge balloon finish above the wrist. The cut is slim and sexy and the collar is done in an extreme long, rounded dog ear point. His signature,double button front is the perfect finish. It is amazing! Excellent condition
