1970s Halston Chocolate Brown Toweling Jumpsuit
This is an amazing and fun jumpsuit by Halston that is one of those pieces you will wear to death. This is from one of his diffusion lines and it is the second one I have found over the years. It is made from a deep chocolate toweling fabric that has an almost velour finish to it. In the seventies this was very avant garde within the lounge wear. world with designers like Pucci and even Yves Saint Laurent producing pieces that their clients were buying for their jet set lives. Made to just be able to just throw it on, slip on a pair of sandals or heels and you are ready to go. I love the wide, kimono cut sleeves and the equally wide cut legs. The waist is elastic so will adjust to fit any figure and the front zips as low as you want to dare. You simply step into it, zip and you are ready to go. It's fun and fantastic. Excellent condition.
Unlined and closes at the front with the zipper as shown. Slight wear the the toweling fabric at the back waist and at the edges around the front, but very minor. Elastic at the waist.
