Sarah Rutson, Natalie Massanet, Lucy Yeomans, and Alison Loehnis.
Sarah Rutson is one of the most stylish women on the planet. She is also one of the nicest. Corresponding with Sarah is like chatting up your bestie with not a hint of fashion snobbery to be had.
In one of the biggest moves in fashion this year, Sarah left her long time position as fashion director of Hong Kong’s Lane Crawford department store to take the prestigious title of Vice President of global buying with mega retailer Net-a-Porter. A welcome soiree was held for her at Indochine during New York Fashion Week and included fashion powerhouses like NAP founder Natalie Massenet, Karlie Kloss, Inez van Lamsweerde and Jenna Lyons. Sarah wore a kimono, pulled just for her from my archives, and I think she looked amazing. She told style.com she chose it because “There’s always Asia in my heart.'
Congratulations Sarah and thank you for including me in a small way on your fabulous evening!
