Pick all the mixtures, see how your summer fashion grows.
There's something very peculiarly British about this gorgeous shoot. A combination of Liberty prints, lush landscapes with crumbling follies, quirky Victorian objects used as props and, of course, the lack of flesh on show. The great British summer rarely gets going properly until late in the season, if we get it at all, and this leaves us with months of warm-but-damp days where sundresses and sandals seem far too optimistic. The joy of Liberty cotton is that they everything layers so beautifully: even wildly different prints and colours seem to blend harmoniously in any number of combinations. Although Liberty is clearly the star of this shoot, the accessories include shoes and other accoutrements by idiosyncratic brands such as Pablo & Delia, Janet Ibbotson and Anello & Davide. If you have accessorized and layered well, you too can navigate British Summertime like a pro!
