* On Racked, advice columnist Love, Frank answers the question "is it OK to wear clothes a few seasons old?" Besides the automatic "Hell Yes" reply we have, he actually quite succinctly answers that not only is it ok but it is chic. We also like how he delves into why you are seeing "new" vintage in vintage shops these days. What is collectible is no longer necessarily being defined by that age old 25 year old rule anymore.

* The Daily Beast offers up an amazing pictorial of some of Louis Vuitton's muses from Empress Eugenie to Kate Moss. We love!

* On the auction front, in 2012 Harrods gave Disney a couture make-over for its holiday window and now you can own those gowns. Oscar de la Renta, Cavalli and Missoni are amongst the designers that created these one-of-a-kind gowns. All monies raised will go to charity. Sounds like yet another great justification to spend some money on pretty clothes to us! Start saving your pennies and get your paddle hand ready for the November 13th Christies auction!

* The entire vintage world mourned when Lily Pulitzer passed away in April of this year at the grand old age of 81. Now you can get an idea of the scope of her work at this exhibit at the Palos Verdes Art Ventre in California. "Loving Lilly" displays until September 29 so throw on your Palm Beach appropriate bright garb and go!
