The bouffant is a vintage style that can appear as timelessly vintage or modern as you like depending on how it is styled. Popularized during the 1960s, it can be worn with pretty much any hairstyle, with hair down, in an up-do, half-up or ponytail.1960s icons like Jackie Kennedy and Brigitte Bardot were known for their covetable bouffant hairstyles.
