Drop dead gorgeous bias cut silk dress from Bill Blass is in perfect condition and looks like it just stepped off the runway. Signature simplicity combined with genius cut are the hallmarks of this beauty. Made of a feather light silk chiffon that is cut on the bias, the colors are a soft baby blue mixed with crisp white striping. The bias cut allows it to skim your curves and adjust to fit you perfectly. The halter neck is a study in restraint - two simple silk straps in the same fabric, perfectly folded so each stripe is exactly the same as the other, curve up and around the neck and hook in back. A fitted double lined high bodice has the stripes going the opposite way to† the skirt that flows in one stark column.
