1920s Sequin Deco Felt Flapper Cap
This is a pretty flapper cloche or skull cap that is hand made and very special! The exterior has held up extremely well. It is a pretty combination of blue cording that wraps over and around tight rows of iridescent blue sequins. - all placed in curved little rows to make a wonderful art deco pattern. The inside felt shows the hand work and is in excellent condition with no flaws to note. I love the pointed wood nymph feel the jagged cut edge give it! Excellent condition - a rare find!

Here's how deposits work on a standard layaway:
- We require three equal payments of the layaway total. You will be invoiced for the first amount upon request
- payment two of the remaining balance will be billed two weeks from the date of the initial deposit.
- The final payment is due two weeks after the second payment and shipping will be billed on this invoice as well.
- items less then $500, or that are on sale, require a 50% deposit with the final payment due in two weeks from the date of deposit
