I measure the actual garment so that you can compare it to one of your own that fits you perfectly, rather then trying to sort countless sizing vintage methods into modern day standards.
I then sorted everything into these size charts and into size categories for you to use as a guideline to help you shop quicker!

Copper Pleated GlamourWrap
Re-purposed from a 1940s kimono, this GlamourWrap is a deep, dusky copper pink with a fabulous pleated detail built into the fabric itself. Its unlined and very lightweight. This one is also a tad shorter then some of the other GlmaourWraps so makes a terrific jacket or topper when wrapped! It has been styled with the NEW reversible Orchid Obi by The Glamourai!
Glamourwraps by The Glamourai are a hybrid of old and new Japan, of history and adaptability. Created from antique kimonos dating from the 1920's to 1950's, each is one of a kind and can be worn in myriad mutations ~ transforming from a vest to a dress, from a cape to a belted jacket, and back into a kimono again. They fit beautifully on a size 2 to 16, work as wonderfully over jeans as an evening dress, and are offered in a seasonless range of weighted silks weaves.

There is a touch of patina to a corner of one sleeve but it otherwise in perfect condition. These are all re-cut and meticulously finished - some parts by hand! It should be dry cleaned when cleaned again in the future. The GlamourWraps & GlamourWrap Dresses are exclusive to Shrimpton Couture clients!

All Shrimpton Couture garments are selected based on their condition and quality so unless a specific condition note is listed, you can expect your garment to be in near-mint or mint condition
