Shopping for vintage on-line can be challenging and I realize that. Not every vintage garment will end up fitting right, or being perfect for you, so I do except returns and I stand behind all of the items I sell so the cahcnes of us having a big conflict are going to be zero. You can return any item as long as it has its original tags still attached and you let me know you want to do a return within 2 days of receiving the item. My only exception is on items that one sold at a discounted price of more then 10% off. Items sold at more than 10% off their original listed value under any circumstances, including the additional use of promotional discount codes that bump an item over the 10% off rule, are considered sale items and are final sale unless grossly misrepresented. If we agree that your sale item is eligible for return then a store credit will be given upon its safe receipt.All store credits and refunds are done when the item is received by me and in its original condition. Credits and refunds will be issued within two days of receipt of item. Any returns or exchanges done outside of these are at my discretion and after we speak - there is never a problem only a solution!

When making a return you have a choice on what to do.

You may choose to take a full store credit based on the selling price of your purchase.

Or

You may choose a refund given in the manner that you paid, less a partial store credit. The store credit will always be a minumum of $25 for any item up to $250 in value. Above $250 dollars it will be 10% of the purchase price of your order.

Returns cost both you and I money so please make sure you have asked all questions and checked all measurements before buying. I am one of the few vintage stores that offer returns but hope that is does not happen often!

All store credits will be issued to you in the form of a one-time coupon code for use on future purchases.

Either option is based on the actual selling price and does not include credit for any associated shipping fees that where incurred to get the item to you nor does it include the cost for you to return an item. Customs fees incurred in either direction of the transaction are not refundable and I may deduct any customs fees incurred in getting items back to me at my discretion. Documentation will be provided for this deduction if applicable.

All items are sent tagged. That tag must not be removed or you may forfeit your right to return an item. Items must be sent back within 2 business days of receiving your package and you must contact me to let me know that goods are coming back. If goods are returned without notice, tags removed, have obviously been worn or are in any condition other then how they were sent then I reserve the right to refuse store credit or a refund. In this circumstance, it will either be returned to you or a partial credit given less my costs for cleaning and mending. (This has never happened once but I have to have "cover-my-butt" clause in here somewhere!)
