Items You May Return

You can return any garment purchased on the site that you purchased at full price (or up to 10% off) for any reason whatsoever with the exception of the items listed in the next section.

Items You May Not Return

Items valued at less then $150 are not eligible for returns.

If goods are returned

1. without notification that they are being returned and notification MUST be within the set time frame of 24 HOURS from receipt (based on the delivery stated by the tracking number information - no exceptions for travel, business or delays in opening)
2. but mailed past the TWO DAY window given for returns to be sent back - again based on actual postage information
3. tags removed
4. have obviously been worn or
5. are in any condition other then how they were sent,

I reserve the right to refuse store credit or a refund. In this circumstance, it will either be returned to you or a partial credit given less my costs for cleaning and mending.

A 20% restocking fee will apply if an item is accepted that has not been damaged or worn but has been returned and accepted even though it is outside of the set parameters above.

If goods are returned damaged, no refund will be given until the damage is assessed and a estimate for repairs gotten. Once an estimate has been obtained then you will receive any refunds owing less, shipping customs, repairs and cleaning. If items are deemed to be non-repairable they will be sent back to you. If you break it you bought it. Three people check and go over every item prior to sending so gross misrepresentation is pretty much an impossibility. I cannot set a time time for this process as it is case by case dependent but any final decisions will be made and carried out within 20 days of receiving the items back.

Jewelry, handbags, hats & accessories are not eligible for return, please read the descriptions and review the picture carefully before purchasing.

Items sold for more than 10% off their original listed price, including the use of additional promotional discount codes, are considered sale items and are considered to be a final sale.

Returning Your Purchase

1. Email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it that you wish to return your garment within 24 hours of having received it. If you do not send in an email notification you cannot return the item. Packages will be refused.  Instructions on returning will be provided after your notification, including the return address.

2. All garments are sent tagged. Garments with the tag removed are not eligible for return.

3. Items must be mailed back within 2 business days of receiving your package - tracking is recommended as lost packages are your responsibility. Items still in your posession after 2 business days from delivery are no longer eligible for return under any circumstances.

Exchanges

You will be assigned a code that can be used for any future purchase(s) that is equal to the original cost of the garment not including the shipping paid at the time of ordering. Your credit can be used for all or part of any item, it will have no expiry and it will be applied to your total new order, including shipping if applicable. Exchange codes are given in US currency & are based on the original price of the garment in US funds. Only one code can be used per order.

Refunds

1. Your refund will be credited in the original manner the payment was processed and in the currency it was processed in and based on any exchange rates on the day of purchase, not the day of return.

2. Credits are processed within 48 hours of receipt of the returning garment.

3. The original shipping or the cost to return the garment will not be included in your refund. Refunds are based soley on the original price and the ACTUAL postage costs incurred to ship an item to you will be deducted from your refund if you choose to receive a refund rather then do an exchange. As a courtesy to our clients we often upgrade or do not charge the actual shipping costs. If items are returned for a refund you will have that actual amount we spent to get your item to you deducted from your order with no exceptions. Receipts for the actual amount paid for shipping will be provided upon request. In the case of multiple orders with returns of part of that multiple order the FULL original shipping charge will be deducted and then the refund given as per the tems above.

4. Customs fees, duties & taxes incurred in either direction of the transaction are not refundable and we will deduct any customs fees incurred to us to be able to sign for your returned item. Documentation will be provided for this deduction as a scan of the receipt upon request.

6. Layaway items are only eligible for store credit and only if the layaway schedule is adhered to, with the exception of jewelery, accessories and sale items as per the normal return policy. Store credit is assigned in US currency & is based on the original price of the garment in US funds. Please see the layaway section for more information on the layaway policy.

7. As of Dec 21 2010, we are no longer retaining the 10% store credit on normal returns - this does not affect previous credit notes issued - those will remain as given under our prior return policies. We have made this change in an effort to give our clients even greater customer service and the confidence to shop with us knowing all purchases are worry free!

8. If store credit is used to pay for a new order in part or in full, and that consequent new order is returned, your refund will be given in the same manner used and a new credit issued and/or combined with any other means to complete that transaction as per the above terms.

9. All store credits and refunds are done when the item is received and assessed to be in its original condition.

10. If an item is accepted as a return outside of the above parameters ONLY store credit is given less a 20% restock fee. This is determined on case by case basis.
