Layaway Plan #1:

A deposit of 25% (non-refundable) + shipping.

Two additional payments:

1/2 of the remaining balance to be paid two weeks from the date of deposit,
1/2 of the remaining balance to be paid two weeks after that payment

This plan is for a layaway total from $100-$500 or more

This is the only plan available for layaways less then $500

 

Layaway Plan #2:

A deposit of 25% (non-refundable) + shipping.

Three additional payments:

1/3 of the remaining balance to be paid two weeks from the date of deposit,
1/3 of the remaining balance to be paid two weeks after that payment,
1/3 of the remaining balance to be paid two weeks after that payment,

This plan is for a layaway total from $500 - $1500 or more

If your layaway total is is $500 - $1500 you may choose either Layaway Plan 1 or 2 only

Please specify which plan you prefer to do when emailing to set it up.

 

Layaway Plan #3:

A deposit of 25% (non-refundable) + shipping.

Four additional payments:

1/4 of the remaining balance to be paid two weeks from the date of deposit,
1/4 of the remaining balance to be paid two weeks after that payment,
1/4 of the remaining balance to be paid two weeks after that payment,
1/4 of the remaining balance to be paid two weeks after that payment

This plan is available for a layaway that totals more then $1500 before applicable shipping.

If your layaway total is over $1500 you may choose any of the layaway plans.

We will send an invoice ASAP and the items are yours!

 

Items are not marked sold until the initial deposit has been received - no exceptions.

Orders totalling less then $100 before applicable shipping cannot be put on layaway.

Returned layaway items are only eligible for store credit.

Returns are accepted for items that were purchased through a layaway only if the applicable layaway payment schedule was adhered to. If payments are late you forfeit your right to return and sales are considered final.

Kindly understand that payments which are not completed within the mutually agreed upon period may be forfeited and the items in question re-listed.

Jewellery, accessories and sale items are final sale as per my return policy.

PayPal is the preferred method of layaway payments - please provide your PayPal associated email when sending your email to set your layaway up.

That's it - I hope you find my terms both easy and fair!! I love being able to offer layaway services to my clients but please do not set one up unless you are confident that you can make the proper payments - shopping completely out of one's budget is never encouraged!
