Shipping Fees & Policies

All items are shipped from Canada using Canada Post.

Shipping fees are charged at one flat rates based on destination as follows:

Canadian customers are sent their items by Express Post at a discounted flat rate of $5 per package.
Average delivery is 1-4 days

USA Clients have two shipping options (both with tracking)
1. You may choose to have your package sent by Expedited Post at a discounted flat rate of $10 per package.
Average delivery is 10-12 business days dependant on location
OR
2. You may choose to have your package sent by Express Post at a discounted flat rate of $20 per package.
Average delivery is 3-7 business days dependant on location

Packages sent to all European nations & South American countries is sent by Air at a flat rate of $30
Average delivery is 7-14 business days dependant on location

Packages sent to all Asian nations, Australia & New Zealand  are sent by Air at a flat rate of $35
Average delivery is 7-14 business days dependant on location

There are NO ADDITIONAL shipping costs if you buy more then one item, Shrimpton Couture will absorb any additional fees incurred.

Overnight shipping and/or faster methods then those stated above are available upon request and are charged at the actual shipping cost - please use the contact tab to ask for this service or add a note to your order in the appropriate space given for extra information.

IF YOUR ACTUAL SHIPPING COSTS ARE LESS THEN WHAT THE RATES CHARGED AT CHECK-OUT ABOVE YOU WILL BE REFUNDED THE DIFFERENCE BY THE SAME METHOD AS PAYMENT WAS MADE IMMEDIATELY AFTER YOUR ITEM IS SHIPPED.

Sometimes items will incur additional taxes, tariffs, duties or customs fees when shipping to another country. All associated costs of this nature are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Payment

You can now view all items on the site in multiple currencies by using the pull down menu on the top left corner of any page. Currently, you may select from CAD$, US$, Euros, GPB & AUS$.

Payments forms accepted are: PayPal, Visa or MC. Canadian clients may now purchase their items in CDN$ funds and are required to pay the appropriate tax based on the province the item is shipped too. Please make sure to select Canadian funds if checking out in Canada. All other payments with shipping address outside of Canada are processed in US$ funds.

Rates of exchange when viewing on currencies other then US$ are based on real time (with an approx 20 minute delay) however, your credit card company and/or PayPal, may charge you additional fees and their exchange rate may differ from time of purchase - exchanges rates are provided as a customer service only - we are not to be held accountable for any differences incurred by your banking facility. The actual price charged to your card will always defer to the US$ cost (or, for Canadian $$ transactions - the USD$ exchange at time of purchase). Refunds/credit notes are based on the US$ price fixed for each item, regardless of changes in the exchange at the time of refund. (please refer to the Returns section for more details)
