String Fever Catching Everywhere - Everyone Getting Away With as Little as Possible!... Robes Make Strong Entry in Pool Area. The sliding string—one of the best-looking, best-tanning bikinis around!—the top pieces slide to fit every curve, the string-tiny bottom makes legs looks miles long, the copper color is fantastic for a tan. Jantzen. The body towel, right—a long, wonderful hood-to-toe terrycloth robe in the prettiest blue—the way to wrap up after a swim, a shower, or just when you've had enough sun. Robe, of stitched-together cotton towels (Wamsutta Mills) by Sant'Angelo for Raymodes.

I have to admit to being totally unwilling to let summer go—a few weeks ago, when we were going through a heatwave of day after day of 90 degrees I was desperately dreaming of chill temperatures and fur coats, but now that it has settled into the high 70's I want it to last forever. I've started fantasizing about romantic getaways my man and I can take this upcoming fall and winter—and the clothes that I will bring on them. Having never been to Miami, I think it definitely has to go on my list—I actually have the Leonard swimsuit, but everything else from this 1975 editorial is definitely being added to my vintage wish list.

Women never prettier in sensational new sun looks—everyone collecting now for summer. 18 pages photographed by Helmut Newton in an all-time favorite sun place—Greater Miami
